Recently, my family and I traveled to Japan. On this amazing trip, we got to experience a variety of foods we wouldn't get back home. Remembering the taste from years ago, acquiring this snack became my priority once we arrived in Japan. They are called Glico Ice-No-Mi and are little frozen fruit and dairy ice cream balls with a hard exterior and smooth inside. Though called ice cream, they are much juicier and less dairy-like than what most would like. They come in a multitude of flavors including grape, muscat, mandarin orange, and more. My favorites are definitely the grape and muscat. These are definitely my favorite Japanese convenience store snacks so refreshing and perfect for the summer.
