Another personal staple, Shin Ramen is one of my favorite comfort foods and afterschool snack. But where did it come from? After the Korean War, many were left starved and poor. Well in 1963, Samyang, using Japan's technology, created the famous Samyang ramen. As Ramen got more prominent, the commonly seen Shin Ramen was released by Nongshim in 1986. Now, Shin ramen is seen all over the world, in different stores, shows, and media. Shin has always been my favorite, with the close second being Seafood Neoguri. I love my ramen with beef slices, eggs, mushrooms, and kimchi. Thank you for always cooking this comfort food for me Mom! 8/10 BUSSINS
